Yoga and Cigun
The purpose of these Eastern practices is to teach people how they can live at peace with themselves and others around the world. Our physical body (the illness carrier) and spiritual soul (the reason for the illness) are often out of kilter. Yoga and Cigun will help achieve genuine harmony between both bodies.
These meditative activities can help in radiating a positive mood and generate more energy, enabling you to deal more calmly with every-day problems. Our specially designed exercises will teach you how to breathe properly and, in so doing, fill you with vital energy. These are things that are necessary in helping you control your weight. Yoga and Cigun exercises will also help in reducing problems of fatigue and insomnia. A positive mood and patience will be your constant companions in every-day life, helping you to maintain a healthy emotional balance.
Rules for healthy eating
We will eat a variety of wholesome foods. We will not dictate how much and what to eat – recommendations will be made based on discussion. Our prepared food will be tailored to a person’s biological time and made from produce grown on eco-farms. There are currently over 2000 eco-farms in Lithuania. We agree with those experts who maintain that we must eat food which is grown from European sources.
"Eat to live, not live to eat"
We will stick to the eating traditions of our ancestors who led a very healthy life. Now, just imagine, delicious honey, forest berries, natural juices, spring water and a specially-prepared dessert for “longevity”, fluffy porridge, nuts and sunflower seeds, all lined up on a table! Alongside, there’s tasty home-made bread, non-cured ham with garlic and onions. Have you ever tasted pancakes made from nettles? Maybe you fancy yourself as a bit of a master chef? Then please, be my guest – we have an apron, a ladle and saucepans – let’s go!
Nature photography
We don't doubt you can use a camera. But, have you ever tried to observe, discover and feel Nature’s beauty – animals, birds, insects? Have you ever tried to tame them, to find a friend, a hero, a wretch, an aggressor or even someone just like you – and capture them on film?
Our professional photographer will help you discover the pleasure in taking pictures. You’ll learn how to compose a photo portrait. He/she will teach you how to prepare a photo shot of your chosen views or objects.
You will be able to see Nature stirring in the morning with another pair of eyes, a micro world being drawn into the creative process. We will create art, but not by using artistic methods. We’ll uncover a different, living world, which will be forever imprinted on your heart and mind. We’re sure that this closed world will be of endless interest to you. We can open up that world to you.

So, you don’t think you’re an artist? Well, you’re wrong! We’ll prove it to you during collage sessions. We’ll cut out money, magazines, adverts, newspapers. And, after setting out the pieces in your chosen order, you’ll not only feel like an artist, but like a creator or even a thinker!
Kiting
Kiting is an increasingly popular sporting activity, which is deserving of greater attention. The emergence of kiting was influenced by water-skiing, where someone stands on a board and is pulled over the water’s surface by a boat, and surfing, where a sportsman uses a board and harnesses the strength of the wind to move across the water’s surface.
This form of sport has become known as “kiting” in Lithuania. Sportsmen use a special board (usually 140cms long and 40cms wide) and are pulled over the water’s surface, aided by the kite and the strength of the wind. You can also use a kite on land, but without a board of course!
Canoeing
Those who love relaxing with Nature often go canoeing. It is a simple pastime which requires little special preparation. Canoeing is for those wishing to escape the noise of city life and who enjoy the company of friends in a natural environment.
The path of health
Feet are a part of our body, connecting us to the ground. There are many nerve endings in our feet which respond to other parts of the body. Massage strengthens and reinvigorates their functions, and helps reduce the effects of laziness, fatigue, and general exertions. Massage gradually increases vitality rates and improves brain, stomach, liver and other bodily functions. Feet massage reduces symptoms of insomnia and stress.
The benefits of massage:

You studied English or Russian a long time ago and you feel you’ve lost all your skills? Let’s make language learning a game, which will help you remember what you can.
Practical language exercises will be held in the open air, away from a formal classroom environment, which will help in committing all that you see and hear to memory. We do not claim that you’ll be able to speak fluent Russian or English by the end of the course, but guarantee that you’ll once again become familiar with the basics of both languages in an enjoyable setting.
Humorous drawings of life in “Human Sunrise” will stimulate your emotions and memory. You’ll learn essential phrases when playing the game and then lock them safely away in your memory.
The game “Military nights”
The game is serious and playing is a serious business. This game will start a fire within you. Here, the result will be determined by your chosen tactics and strategy.
Just imagine, it’s night-time, you’ve come 5kms. You’re holding a map in the fading light – your objective is near - only a few more steps and you’re there, but you can hear the enemy’s breath nearby.
